Nucleus Management SA

Nucleus Management Sàrl is the management company of the group and the decision center; it acts as General Partner (“associé commandité”) for Nucleus (Holdings) SCA – Luxembourg.
Nucleus Management has been incorporated by the group founder, Vincent J.Derudder in 1997 in Luxembourg.

It is controlled today in addition to Vincent J.Derudder (65.50%) by Kevin Mudd (23.00% www.kmgsicavsif.com ) and David Swanepoel (11.50% www.assitheque.com).

Nucleus Management had been incorporated first to accompany the project « European Business Network » launched in 1996 by Andrew Peat and Vincent J.Derudder.

The new venture in 1996 was the first pan European insurance distribution network which managed to merge some of the most successful European insurance brokerage units across Europe (Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, etc.), promoting new products with leading life insurance operators such as Clerical Medical, Scottish Mutual International, etc.

In 2000, Andrew Peat and Vincent J.Derudder sold their shares in the company.

Nucleus Management was then instrumental in promoting several distribution network projects including Nucleus Euro-Alliance SCA, with Kevin Mudd, founder of OFS-InterAlliance WoldNet, and a Spanish stockbroker as third partner.

Within four years, Vincent J.Derudder and his team succeeded to build a business of € 1,1bn assets under administration and more than 2,300 registered intermediaries across Europe.
